Fire breaks out in Chinatown in Philadelphia, building evacuated

A building partially collapsed after fire broke out in the Chinatown section of Philadelphia in the United States early on Tuesday, the local Action News reported.
Fire officials said the building has a market on the ground floor and apartments above, and all floors had been evacuated.
There have been no reports of injuries.
