Chinese national treasures will make their debut at the Hong Kong Palace Museum from July 2. More than 900 Chinese antiques and art pieces are on loan from the Palace Museum in Beijing. A centuries-old imperial headrest, multi-colored glazed dish set and enamel decorated vase are among many precious relics. In this livestream, we invite the lead curator to give us firsthand insights into the process of bringing national treasures to their new home and why it's important to share stories of ancient Chinese art and culture with the people of Hong Kong and the rest of the world.
