Militant Islamic rebels kill 132 civilians: Malian government

Malian government said 132 civilians were killed by militant Islamic rebels in central Mali. It said the killings took place when rebels from the Katiba group attacked several villages in Mali's Bankass area over the weekend. Authorities have announced three days of national mourning from Tuesday.
