At last 26 more people have died in monsoon flooding and lightning strikes in India, as millions remain marooned in the country, as well as in neighboring Bangladesh. At least 32 people have been killed in Bangladesh since late last week, following monsoon downpours that triggered catastrophic flooding in the country’s northeastern region.
