Bauhinia and Lotus Series | Episode 1: Roaming bovines
Hong Kong boasts a remarkable spectacle – the roaming bovines. They used to plough the fields, but as the region got more industrialized and farming became obsolete, cattle have gone feral. Protected under the local law, there are some 1,100 cattle roaming around Hong Kong.
