Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a speech as he hosted the 14th BRICS Summit in Beijing. He talked about innovation and inclusiveness and "BRICS Plus" cooperation. Li Yong, chief researcher at the D&C Think Tank, said that BRICS Plus is an attractive idea to emerging and developing countries.
