As Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is combating its fifth outbreak of COVID-19, Sophia Chan, secretary for food and health, expressed her gratitude to the Chinese mainland for sending medical experts to the city. Chan said a firm foundation for a communication mechanism had been established not only to combat the COVID-19, but extending to a wider range of areas.
