More than 1.2 tonnes of illegal drugs were incinerated in Kunming, provincial capital of southwest China's Yunnan on Saturday, ahead of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. Figures from the top anti-drug authorities show that significant progress has been made in past years, but challenges remain.
