At least six people were killed and hundreds injured in Colombia when wooden spectator stands at a bullfighting festival collapsed on June 26. The disaster occurred in the city of Espinal in Tolima state during a traditional event called "corraleja," in which members of the public enter the ring to engage the bulls.
