Kaliningrad: A 'cut-off' region

In mid-June, the Lithuanian authorities decided to restrict the transit of goods from Russia to Kaliningrad via Lithuania. The list includes goods sanctioned by the European Union. Russia has called the measures unwarranted and said it would soon take steps in response. CGTN correspondent Alisa Alekseeva has more.
