Dale Dai used to work in the HR department of a tourism company, helping to recruit new employees. But he found the photos on the resumes of most applicants unsatisfactory. As a fan of photography, he decided to open a professional photo studio in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to help job seekers better present themselves for possible employers.
