Yu Qingchi is the fourth-generation inheritor of the Hong Kong-style milk tea making technique. He is also a representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage in Shenzhen. Over the past 30-plus years, he has always adhered to his standard of making Hong Kong-style milk tea, taking it as his second life.
