An Egyptian court on Tuesday sentenced 215 defendants in the "Helwan Brigades" case, handing down death sentences to ten extremists and life imprisonment to 56 others.
According to Egyptian media reports, the Helwan Brigades group was established in 2013 and its members are affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
