John Lee was sworn in Friday morning as chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), when Hong Kong marks the 25th anniversary of its return to China.
He delivered a speech during the anniversary, and underscored that "'One Country, Two Systems' is crucial to HK's long-term stability and prosperity."
