Russia, U.S. begin talks on resuming space station crew rotation mission

Russia and the United States have begun negotiations on the resumption of so-called "cross flights," which means seats swap between Russian Soyuz spacecraft and U.S. Crew Dragon commercial crew vehicles, RIA reported on Friday, citing the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin.
