Ukrainian officials: 2 killed in Kharkiv, 6 in Mykolaiv

Ukrainian officials said at least 18 people were killed in separate Russian attacks. In Ukraine's northeast, officials in Kyiv said two people were killed and nine injured in Kharkiv. In the southern city of Mykolaiv, authorities said six people were killed after missiles hit a residential building. Russian troops and their allies in the self-proclaimed republics controlled 95 percent of Luhansk and about half of Donetsk. Kyiv secured the release of 144 of its soldiers in a prisoner of war swap.
