Luhansk armed forces say Lysychansk surrounded, Ukraine denies

According to the Tass news agency, Luhansk armed forces said they've surrounded the city of Lysychansk, along with Russian forces. The Ukrainian army rejected that claim, saying heavy fighting is still ongoing on the outskirts of the city.
