Typhoon Chaba caused heavy rainfall in Bobai County, Yulin City, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday. Water logging occurred in parts of the city, and the water level was over 80 centimeters. To ensure safety on the road, the local government immediately organized drainage operations. As of now, the water has receded and traffic is back to normal.
