A rooftop shooter opened fire on a Fourth of July parade in the upscale Chicago neighborhood of Highland Park, killing six people and injuring at least 24. Officials suspect the gunman is a Caucasian male. The shooting comes after several incidents of mass violence in the U.S. that has reignited the gun control debate.
