10 miners trapped as rainwater enters coal mine in Pakistan

At least 10 miners were trapped after rainwater flooded a coal mine near Jhimpir in District Thatta in Pakistan's Sindh Province on Tuesday, local media reported on Wednesday.
A rescue operation is underway to safely evacuate the miners, it added, quoting Sindh Energy Minister Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh.
