With its competitive economy, burgeoning population and scarce urban land, Hong Kong is not a place where the past can be easily preserved. Neighborhoods are demolished and replaced as quickly as residents become attached to them. One craftsman, however, has found a way to hold on to time. He is Tony Lai, a one-time architectural model maker who now creates highly realistic miniatures of the old city. In this episode, we accompany him as he recreates a long-vanished squatter camp on Hong Kong Island's north coast.
