EU to present plan addressing Russia's energy halt

The European Union will soon present an emergency plan to address Russia's gas supply reductions, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on her Twitter account on Wednesday.
The EU would convene a conference focusing on Ukraine's reconstruction with the Group of Seven after summer, she added.
