The death toll from a landslide in Manipur, India has risen to 48, and officials say 14 people are still missing. The landslide triggered by heavy rain hit a railway construction camp near the state capital after midnight on June 29. Most victims are military personnel as the landslide also hit a nearby army camp. Rescue operations are underway.
