Protesters outside No. 10 Downing Street called on British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to resign on Wednesday, as he had refused to do so after his finance and health secretaries quit on Tuesday. Several other government officials said they could no longer serve under his leadership. Johnson is to resign as Conservative leader on Thursday, BBC reported, but he will continue to serve as prime minister until the autumn.
