A full cabinet has been appointed in the UK government, the BBC reported on Thursday, amid a flurry of resignations. 

Downing Street has appointed Greg Clark as the new leveling up secretary, Kit Malthouse as the chancellor for the Duchy of Lancaster, James Cleverly as the education secretary, and former Justice Secretary Robert Buckland to be Welsh secretary.

Shailesh Vara has been appointed secretary of state for Northern Ireland, Downing Street said.
