Japan's Upper House elections to go ahead as planned

Japan's Internal Affairs Ministry said after the shooting of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that there was no plan to postpone or change the date for the Upper House elections, which are scheduled to take place on Sunday, Reuters reported.
