A UN report says that soaring food and energy prices have pushed an additional 71 million people into poverty in the last three months in developing nations since the Russia-Ukraine conflict started. Liu Baocheng, professor from the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, says that the most outstanding issues now are how to seek a peaceful settlement and how to build multilateralism.
