Partisan divide cripples U.S. Supreme Court

Striking down New York's 109-year-old gun control law, overturning Roe v. Wade and curbing the U.S. government's ability to combat climate change — these unconstitutional and conservative decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court have wrecked its reputation and public trust. What's worse, the widening partisan split is damaging U.S. judicial justice and independence.
