The World Surf League announced its 2022 Big Wave Award winners on Thursday, honoring surfing's "biggest, baddest and craziest" for conquering some of the year's most massive waves.

Winners shared $350,000 in prize money across three categories in the men's and women's divisions: Ride of the Year, Biggest Tow, and Biggest Paddle.
