Geologists discover rare 'cave cloud' in Guangxi
00:46

A joint Sino-French cave exploration team recently discovered a rare "cave cloud" – an uncommon natural mineral deposit inside a cave in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is distributed among seven pools inside the cave, with each pool having the shape of a pumpkin or a loaf of bread. The cave itself is 2,754 meters long and features gentle terrain. The cave cloud covers 300 square meters and is only the second such structure to have been found in China.
