The Women's March organization rallied on the streets of the U.S. capital to "fight for abortion rights" on Saturday, as nearly two dozen states moved to ban the procedure following the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade two weeks ago. 

Thousands of protesters waved banners and chanted as they demonstrated outside the White House. Meanwhile, similar rallies were held in Miami and Chicago, among other U.S. cities, to pressure President Joe Biden and his administration to take executive action to protect abortion rights and declare a national public health emergency on the issue.
