Russian missiles hit the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Monday, killing at least five people and injuring 31 others, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said via Telegram.
He added that the missiles struck a shopping center and several residential buildings in the city.
There has been no response as yet from the Russian side.
