Myanmar's State Administration Council Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is in Moscow on a private visit, plans to meet with Dmitry Rogozin, director general of Russia's state space corporation Roscosmos, reported RIA News Agency on Tuesday. 

Min Aung Hlaing has also taken part in the opening of the cultural center of Myanmar in the park-museum "Ethnomir."
