Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, according to the Kremlin.
The two leaders discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries.
