Dating back to the ancient Zhou and Qin dynasties (1046 B.C.-207 B.C.), originating in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, Red Quan ( school of Chinese martial art) is a type of fist that combines traditional Chinese culture with martial arts. The Red Quan's technique is characterized by strength, agility, flexibility, clarity of thought, obvious offensive and defensive moves. Li Quanhai teaches at the Training Department of Shaanxi Police College. He incorporates the Red Quan in his daily teaching.
