China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi is currently in Malaysia where he made a speech at the ASEAN Secretariat. He spoke highly of China-ASEAN cooperation and said China hopes to champion open regionalism with ASEAN and deepen comprehensive strategic partnership. Wang also said China will continue to pursue its open strategy for development, promote regional economic integration, and advance science and technology cooperation.
