Mexico City police engaged in a shootout in Topilejo on Tuesday with more than a dozen gunmen armed with a .50 caliber sniper rifle, grenades and a machine gun. Four officers were wounded in the incident, with one in serious condition, and 14 attackers were arrested, according to police chief Omar Garcia Harfuch.
