The Dutar is an extraordinary yet simple two-stringed lute found in Turkmenistan, northeastern regions of Iran and northwestern Afghanistan. It's also a traditional musical instrument of the Uygur ethnic group in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Reporter Ehsan Keivani takes us to the Golestan Province in northeastern Iran to learn more about the folklore of the Turkmen people living there and their stringed gem.
