New Zealand raises official cash rate by 50 bps to 2.5%

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) raised the official cash rate (OCR) by 50 basis points to 2.5 percent on Wednesday.
This is the third time the RBNZ has raised OCR by 50 basis points this year, Radio New Zealand reported on Wednesday.
