Russia's defense ministry said on Tuesday its precision weapons hit multiple military targets in Ukraine. It also said that the number of foreign mercenaries in Ukraine has dropped by nearly 400 over the past three weeks. Kyiv denied Moscow's claim that it used drones to attack the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian artillery strike has reportedly hit a Russian ammunition depot in the southern Kherson region. Ukraine's military said on Tuesday the strike killed 52 people, while Russian State TV said that number was at least seven. This comes days after Kyiv vowed to begin counter-offensives in the south.
