Russian Defense Ministry chief spokesperson Igor Konashenkov said on Tuesday that the Russian Ministry of Defense tracks and registers by name all foreign mercenaries who arrived in Ukraine to participate in the hostilities; the real number of mercenaries in Ukraine is lower than the alleged 20,000; the number has decreased from 3,221 to 2,741 people as a result of Russian Armed Forces' actions. Ukraine has not yet responded to the claim.
