The Tokyo District Court ordered four people, including the former chairman of TEPCO, to pay approximately 13 trillion yen ($95 billion) in compensatory damages, the highest amount in domestic history, in a shareholder derivative lawsuit following the 2011 accident at TEPCO's Fukushima nuclear power plant, Jiji Press News Agency has reported.
