Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations have reached consensus on some issues regarding grain exports and negotiations will continue. Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov says Kyiv is "definitely a step closer" to clinching a grain deal.
