Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday appointed Minister of Trade and Industry Denis Manturov as his deputy prime minister.
Putin also appointed Yuri Borisov, former deputy prime minister who earlier had served as deputy defense minister, head of the Roscosmos space agency to replace Dmitry Rogozin, according to a Kremlin decree published on its website on Friday.
Putin also signed a decree reducing the number of deputy prime ministers from 11 to 10.
