Ukrainian officials say at least 23 people have been killed, including three children, after Russian missiles hit the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia far behind the frontlines. Meanwhile, Donetsk authorities said two people were killed and six wounded when Ukrainian shelling struck a bus terminal.
