China has delivered the second batch of emergency humanitarian food assistance to Sri Lanka, amid the nation's economic crisis. The Chinese Foreign Ministry says China has noted the difficulties that Sri Lanka is facing and has promised to enhance financial cooperation to help the country cope with the challenges.
