The EU is targeting Russian gold exports in an update to its sanctions packages. Hungarian PM Viktor Orban says Europe has "shot itself in the lungs" with sanctions aimed at Russia. He says the measures are hurting the European economy and urged EU leaders to change the sanctions policy.
