U.S. President Joe Biden has wrapped up his four-day trip in the Middle East that was aimed at resetting relations with Saudi Arabia. He met with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, whom the White House deemed responsible for the murder of Jamal Khashoggi in 2018. He rounded off the trip by meeting the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council. But no major deals were brokered.
