Chinese Vice Premier Liu He and Valdis Dombrovskis, executive vice president of the European Commission, co-hosted the 9th China-EU High-Level Economic and Trade Dialogue via video link on Tuesday.

They have reached a consensus on macroeconomic policy coordination, global supply chain cooperation and deepening opening-up, among other issues.

The two parties have also agreed to jointly tackle global economic challenges, create better business environment for enterprises and further promote regulatory cooperation in the financial sector.
