European Union foreign ministers have pledged another 500 million euros ($504 million) in military aid for Ukraine. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said the decision to ramp up support for Kyiv is unanimous, and sanctions on Moscow will continue.
